NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorize the
Mayor and City Manager to enter into the First Amendment to Grant Agreement between
the Metropolitan Council and the City of Plymouth for Transit Capital Financial Assistance
for the design and construction of a park-and-ride facility at the Waterford Park Plaza
Shopping Center based on a total grant amount of $211,500.
Adopted by the City Council on August 20,1997.
