RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 479
AUTHORIZE PRELIMMARY ENGINEERING REPORT
COUNTY ROAD 6 SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
RANIER LANE TO URBANDALE LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 7018
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition from property owners to
Cour, ty Road 6 requesting installation of sanitary sewer, and
WHEREAS, it is aecemM to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine the
vmk required and associated costa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or
in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as
recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on August 20.1947.
