APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RHONDA DOYLE FOR
OPERATION OF LITTLE ACORN'S PRESCHOOL AT PLYMOUTH CREEK
CHRISTIAll CHURCH AT 16000 - 41STAVENUE NORTH (97102)
WHEREAS, Rhonda Doyle has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit to
operate Little Acorn's Preschool in Plymouth Creek Christian Church located at 16000 -
41' Avenue Norsk The property is more specificrJly described as:
Lot S, Block 1, Willow Meadows 2d Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Rhonda Doyle for a Conditional Use Permit for Little Acorn's Preschool,
subject to the following conditions:
The Conditional Use Permit allow s operation of a daycare facility in Plymouth Creek
Christian Chumb, in accordance with the plans received by the Cir. on July 7,1997,
except as amended by this resolution.
2. The permit is issued to Rhonda Doyle for operation of a daycare facility at Plymouth
Creek Christian Church and shall not be transferable.
3. Th: permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas.

6. All parking shall be located in the Plymouth Creek Clvisaan Church parking lot.
7. Wo approval shall expire one year ager the date ofapproval. unless the pioperly
owner or ggdicm las atarood the project, or unless the ludowt:er at applieaat has
received prior approval foam the City to extend the aeon date for up to one
additional year. as regulated under Section 21045.09 of the Zoning Ordinance.
