FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION FOR
WAYZATA ATiI XnC BOOSTERS
WHEREASt nohce of LawfW GmbH% Exernptkm have been submitted to the City by
Wayzata Athletic Boosters for a ca n0a to be conducted on October 21, 1997.
NOW THEREFORE, BB 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it fads no objection to the 1xjdM GamblinS Exemption for Wayzata Athletic
Boosters for an event at Central Middle High Scbool on October 21,1997. The City
further waives the 30, ft approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on August 20,1997.
