CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97.472
APPROVING REGISTRATION AND LODGING EXPENSES FOR
MAYOR AT NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES CONFERENCE
WHEREAS, the Mayor has requested City payawat of registration and lodging expenses for her
attendance at the National League of Cities Conference in Philadelphia; and
WHEREAS, the registration fee is $363 and the lodging expenses for the Conference total 5556
plus applicable taxes; and
WHEREAS, the expenditure of this amount would exceed one-third of the Council Training and
Confere= Budget maximum allowable by any member of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor is requesting that the City Council approve this expenditure which will
exceed the one-third allowable amount.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that the orspenditure of
$363 for registration and $556 plus applicable taxes for lodging expenses at the National League
of Cities Conference is hereby approved; however, the total expenditure shall not exceed
$823.10, which is the amount remaining in the 1947 Council Training and Conference budget.
