WAS, An agreement between the Hennepin Parks and the City of Plymouth for
poticipntinn in the construction of East Medicine Lake Regional Todl/Steet Reconstruction has
been pm wed ad presented to the City:
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement in all things approved as conditioned
therein:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign an
agreement between Hennepin Perks and Plymouth.
Adopted by the City Council on August 69 1997.
