RESOLUTION NO. 97-464
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR DOWN SYNDROME ASSOCIATION OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Down
Syndrome Association of Minnesota for raffles to be conducted on September 13,1997.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawf d Gambling Exemption for Down Syndrome Association of
Minnesota for raffles to be conducted at Oakwood Professional Building, Inc., 10750 Old
County Road 15, on September 13, 1997.
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby waives the 30 -day waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on August 7,1997.
