CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97.463
APPROVING TARGET AND TRAP SHOOT LICENSE
FOR PLYMOUTH GUN CLUB
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Gun Club has submitted an application for a target and trap shoot
license for the premises at 4955 Holly Lane; and
WHEREAS, this application includes an environmental audit, as required by Plymouth City
Code Section 930.03, Subd. 3, which has been reviewed by the City's Water Resources
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, the findings of the environmental audit and soil sampling report do not suggest any
immediate concern.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a target and trap shoot license is hereby approved
for the Plymouth Gun Club, 4955 Holly Lane, for the period August 9, 1997, through December
31,1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff notify the Plymouth Gun Club that any fature license
will be contingent on development and submission of a mitigation plan to include bullet trap
repair, bullet containment, bullet recycling, and general lead decontamination plans.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on August 7,1997.
