CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-462
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR WESTONKA SANITATION
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received from Westonka
Smitation and
WHEREAS, all required fees, certificates of insurance, anti surety bond have been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for Westonka Sanitation for the period August 7, 1997, through March
319 1999.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on August 6,1997.
