RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 459
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
HOLIDAY COMPANIES (97013)
(SW coma of Highway 169 and Schmidt Lake Rd.)
SE NW Sec. 12, TI ION, R22W
WHMAS, Holiday Companies propose to fill an on-site wetland, for the purpose of
providing utility services. and
WHEREAS, this activity is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act under
activities associated with utilities and public works (Utilities, 8420.0122 Subp. 6, A).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Holiday Companies.
