RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 438
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, GREENWOOD SCHOOL PLAYFIELD
SE % NW V4 NW % SECTION 189 T1189 R.22
WHEREAS. the City of Plymouth's Parte A Recreation Department proposes to fill an
incidental on-site wetland and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities in a wetland created solely as a result of actions by public
or private entities that were taken for a purpose other than creating the wetland (Incidental
Wetlands, 8420.0122 Subp. S).
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for City of Plymouth's Park dt Recreation Department.
