SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 97-"0
VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
OUTLOT D, WILLOW GROVE OFFICE PARK FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a drainage end utility
easement within Oudot D, Willow Grove Office Park First Addition by Resolution
No. 97440.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until Holiday V Addition is recorded at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on July 23, 1997.
