SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 438
VACATING D13AINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 1, SAVANNAH ADDITION
WHEREAS. the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easements within Lots 11 and 12, Block I. Savannah Addition by Resolution No. 97-
438.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
i HE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until: the required drainage and utility easements are submitted in recordable form
Adopted by the City Council on July 23,1997.
