HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1997-427C] CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 97427 APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR PLYMOUTH APOSTOLIC LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 11015 OLD COUNTY ROAD 15 (97068) WHEREAS, Plymouth Apostolic Lutheran Church has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment for construction of a garage for property legally described as follows: That part of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point which is 33 feet East of the West line of the Southwest A of acid Section 36 and 440 feet South of the North line of the Southwest'/. of Section 36; thence Fast and parallel to the North line of the Southwest'/, of said Section 36 a distance of 421 feet; thence North and patalIel to the West line of the Southwest 1/4 extended Northerly into the Northwest'/. of said Section 36 a distance of 478.84 feet to its intersection with the Southerly line of the Wayzata Road; thence Southwesterly along the Southerly line of the said Wayzata Road a distance of 536.7 fat; thence Southerly and parallel with the West line of the Southwest '/4 of said Section 36 a distance of 141.3 feet to the pint of beginning. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Plymouth Apostolic Lutheran Church for a Site Plan Amendment for construction of a garage at 11015 Old County Road 15, subject to the following conditions: 1. This Site Plan Amendment is for construction of a garage at 11015 Old County Road 151 as shown on plans received on May 23, 1997, except as amended by this resolution. • • 2. If the applicant removes trees during conswction of the garage, the applicant will provide additional plantings on the south and east lot lines to scrap the garage from the adjacent residential properties. 3. Standard Conditions: A. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant must submit the required Financial (}uaMM and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements within twelve months of the date of this Resolution. B. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum door elevations G•T new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open sum° water dru.._sge facility. C. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. D. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. E. This apprcval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or applicant has substantially started construction of the project, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21045.09 of the V ning Ordinance.
