RESOLUTION NO. 97 417
AWARD CONTRACT
CIMARRON EAST STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 7002
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of streets in the
Cimarron East Street Reconstruction Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according
to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Dobosnenski & Sons, Inc. of Loretto, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized and
directed to enter Into the contract with Doboszenski & Sons, Inc. of Loretto,
MN in the name of
the City of Plymouth for the Cimarron b��e �t Reconstruction �eein the o of the City
t accOfft to the Plans
and specifications therefore approved
Engineer in the amount of $483,590.27.
Adopted by the City Council on July 9,1997.
