CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 411
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN
OUTLOT B. PARKERS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate drainage and utility easements in Outlot B, Parkers
Lake Corporate Center 3" Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for July 9, 1997 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publicatioa of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of July 9,1997; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on July 9, 1997 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements in Oudot B, Parkers
Lake Corporate Center 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage ad utility easements be vacated:
All of the drainage and utility easements lying within Outlot B, Parkers Lake
Corporate Center 3' Addition according to the plat thereof recorded in Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on July 9,1997.
