CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 408
AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
ZACHARY LANE/E. MEDICINE LAKE BLVD. BETWEEN 30 AVL N. AND
le AVE. N.
CITY PROJECT NO. 7006
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Zachary Lane/E.
Medicine Lake Blvd between 3& Ave. N. and Ir Ave. N.; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on
Zachary Lane/E. Medicir Lake Blvd. between 36i° Ave N. and 18a Ave. N.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public
Works is hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Zachary
Lane/E. Medicine Lake Blvd. between W Ave. N. and IP Ave. N.
Adopted by the City Council on July 9, 1997.
