APPROVING A CONDITION i L USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR AMOCO OIL
COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND
WEST OF VINEWOOD LANE (97064)
WHEREAS, Amoco Oil Company hris requested approval of a Conditional Use Per+ait
Permit for property iepHy described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Amoco Oil Company V Addition.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said reglx d at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should Rnd hereby does approve the
request by Amoco Oil Company for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The outside display of merchandise shall be limited to the areas of the customer
entrance and shall not exceed five feet in height.
2. No merchandise shall be displayed within required parking areas or drive aisles.
3. The display of merchandise shall not interfere with wheelchair accessibility to the
building.
4. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
S. The display of merchandise shall be prohibited on the north and south sides of the
building.
6. The applicant shall not be allowed to display outdoor merchandise until they receive
an Administrative Permit per the current Zoning Ordirance regulations for such
display.
