APPROVING CHANCE ORDERS FOR THE ICE CENTER PROJECT 541
WHEREA.S, the Plymouth lee Center is under comOructim and
WHEREAS, Teiry Matuls, the City's construction manager has recommended approval of the
following change orders, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parka and Recreation has reviewed said change orders and
recommends their approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that change
ordc:s to the following companies are hereby approved:
Midwest Asphalt, Change Order No. I
Northland Concrete and Masonry, Change Order No. 3
Ben Franklin Electric, Change Order No. 2
Swanson and Youngdahl. Change Order No. I
Anderson Mechanical, Change Order No. 1
American Structrmal Metals, Inc., Chaage Order No. l
Superior Fire Protection, Change Order No. l
Tellar Industries, Inc., Change Order No. 1
Adopted by the City Council on July 9, 1997.
