CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97.397
Awarding Bid for West Medicine Lala Park Pian 3
WHEREAS. legal advertisements were placed in the City's official newspaper. and
WHEREAS, four bids were rexived at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 1997, and
WHEREAS, the following four bids wen received:
Lan Dar, Inc. $1139275
Barber Construction 598,052
Matt Bullock Contracting Co.. Inc. 593,772
Jay Brothers, Inc. 599,465
WHEREAS, the apparent low bid was submitted by Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc., in the
amount of $93,772,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 7HT PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
contract for the award of Phase 3, West Medicine Lake Park Grading, is awarded to Matt Bullock
Contracting Co., Inc., in the amount of 593,772 and further, that the Finance Director is
authorized to transfer the above amount from park dedication funds to Fund 422, Project 330.
Adopted by the City Council on July 9, 1997.
