RESOLUTION 97390
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR LUNDGREN BROS.
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK
1, SAVANNAH (97075)
WHEREAS, an application has beer filed by Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. which
requests approval of a Lot Division/Lot Consolidation to divide and consolidate two
parcels of land located in SAVANNAH, as legally described on Attachment One,
attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the Lot Division/Consolidation is
sough.% is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the Lot Divisionllot
Consolidation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
Lot Division/Lot Consolidation for Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. subject to the
following conditions:
1. This Resolution approves a Lot Division/Lot consolidation for Lots I 1 and 12, Block
1, SAVANNAH, in accordance with the Plans received by the City on June 26,1997.
2. Compliance with the City Engine's Memo.
3. Submittal of required drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the
City Engideer prior to filing of the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation.
4. Prior to filing the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation with Hennepin County, wetland
buffer monuments shall be placed in accordance with Section 21670.07 of the Zoning
Ordinance.

described line and its southeasterly extension:
Commencing at the most westerly comer of said Lot 11; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 57 degrees 54 minutes 09 seconds East, along the southwesterly
line of said Lot 11, a distance of 20.69 feet to the point of beginning of the line to
be described; thence South 79 degrees 42 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of
40.39 feet; thence South 57 degrees 54 minutes 09 seconds East a distance of
209.76 feet to the east line of said Lot 11 and said line there terminating.
