RESOLUTION NO. 97 389
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE
FOR H. L ENTERPRISES, INC. D/B/A/ CARLSON PARKWAY HOLIDAY STATION
STORE frAl, 189 CHESHIRE LANE
WHEREAS, an application for a gasoline service station license has been received from H. I.
Enterprises, Inc. c'Jbla/ Carlson Parkway Holiday Station store #561,189 Cheshire Lane, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insutam-e have been provided;
NOW THEREFORE, BE R HEREBY RESOLVED that a gasoline service station license is
hereby approved for H. I. Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a/ Carlson Parkway Holiday Station store 0561,
189 Cheshire Lane, for the period July 10,1997, through December 31,1997, conditioned on
issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy issued by the Plymouth Building Division.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on July 9. 1997.
