HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1997-385• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION KO.97-395 RESOLUTION ADOPTING "CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY FOR APPLICANTS FOR PERMITS AND LICENSES." WHEREAS, improving customer service is an important goal of the Plymouth City Council and of City staff; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth issuns thousands of permits and licenses to citizens and businesses in the City every year. and WHEREAS, it is important that applicants for permits and licenses understand their rights to fair and equal treatment under the law when applying for such permits and licenses; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the attached "Customer Service Policy for Applicants for Permits and Licenses" is hereby approved by the Plymouth City Council; and FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that all City Departments are hereby directed to incorporate the policy into their daily activities and operations.
