RESOLUTION NO. 96- 378
ACCEPTING THE 1996 COA02EHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND
AUDIT
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the 1996 Comprehensive Aural
Financial Report prepared by the Finance Department and the audit opinion of said report
prepared by Deloitte & Touche LLP.
WHEREAS, the firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP has issued an utqualihed opinion as to the
results of their audit;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1996 Comprehensive Anmtal Financial
Report prepared by the City's Finance Department and rhe audit of said report as prepared by
Deloitte & Touche LLP and the same are hereby approved and accepted.
Adopted by the City Council June 18. 1997.
