RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 377
RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMIUM
FAST MEDICINE LAKE BOUIEBVARD FROM
36" AVENUE TO MEDICINE RIDGE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 7006
WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by the engineer with respect to improvements
to Bast Medicine Labe Boulevard from 36' Avenue to Medicine Ridge Road; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of East Medicine
Labe Boulevmd by the installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter,
storm sewer, a bituminous trail, ad W necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on June 18, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Thee Council will consider the improvement of such project in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and
aQaoent property along East Medicine Labe Boulevard from 36*
Avenue to Medicine Ridge Road for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant tt% Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1933, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of $641,480.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
9th day of July, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hating and improvements
as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on June 18, 1997.
