CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 375
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate all drainage and utility easements in West
Suburban Health Campus; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for June 18, 1997 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior
to the mating of June 18, 1997; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjaa'nt to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on June 18, 1W to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of all drainage and utility easements in West
Suburban Health Campus; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the followiq drainage and utility easements be
vacated:
All drainage and utility easements as shown on the recorded plat of West
Suburban Health Campus Addition, Hennepin County. MN
Adopted by the City Council on June 181 1997.
