RESOLUTION NO. 97 -374
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING
WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate all drainage easements for ponding in West
Suburban Health Campus; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for June 18, 1997 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.831 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeps prior
to the meeting of June 18, 1997; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, tie Council did hold ■ public hearing on June 18, 1997 to inform any and all
Interested parties relevant to the vacation of all drainage easements for ponding in West
Suburban Health Campus; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed Pw
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage easement for ponding be
vacated:
All easements for ponding purposes as shown on Ste recorded plat of WEST
SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS ADDITION, Hennepin County, MN.
Adopted by the City Council on June 18, 1997.
