ORDER PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
FERNDALE ROAD FROM COUr.TY ROAD 6 TO HIGHWAY 12
CITY PROJECT NO. 6W7
WHEREAS, said improvements are proposed as part of the 1998 Capital Improvements
Program for Ferndale Road from County Road 6 and Highway 12; and
WHFJU AS, a Preliminary Engineering Report is required to define the necessary
improvements and estimated cost.
WHEREAS, this will be a joint project with the City of Orono; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Mut the proposed improvements be
referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. for study and that the
engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by
advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement, and :he estimamd cost of such an improvement as
recommermled.
FURTHER, that the work shall be in accordance with the existing "Engineering
Services Agreement."
