RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 371
ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY OF hC[NKE+TONIKA TO ENTER IN A CONTRACT
RMGEMOUNT AVENUE D4PROVEMBNTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 7W4
WHEREAS, ptusuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvemant of Ridgamount
Avenue, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received by the City of Minnetonka complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS. It appears that C.S. McCrossan Construction of Maple Grove, NIN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA THAT the City of Minnetonka is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into the contract with C.S. McCrossan Construction of Maple Grove, MN
in the name of the City of Minnetonka for the Ridgemount Avenue Improvements Project
according to the plana and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in
the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $1.185,153.90.
Adopted by the City Council on June 18, 1997.
