RESOLUTION NO, 96 - 369
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
CIMARRON EAST STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO, 7002
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on June 18, 1997 the City Clerk was
directed to prepare a propused assessment of the total cost of the following
improvements:
200' Avenue, I e Avenue from 191 Avenue to 191 Avenue, Juneau Lane
south of 190' Avenue, Juneau Lane north of 191 Avenue, Lanewood Lane
north of 191 Avenue, Kingsview Lane north of 19' Avenue, Ithaca Lane
south of 190' Avenue, Ithaca Lane north of 19th Avenue, Glacier Lane
south of 191 Avenue, Harbor Lane north of 190' Avenue, and 191 Avenue
from 21' Avenue to Fembrook Lane.
by installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Cleric has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed In the office of the City Cierk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLY.%40UTH, MiNN1 SOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 9th day of July, 1997, ir. the City Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3300 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at quch time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2, The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
Fropnicd assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least tura weeks prior to the hearing and shall state In the notice the total
cost of,,- 'tr.ptrveinert. 'the Clerk shall also cause nulled notice to be
given to 1K 4nwner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
