WEMREAS, bib have been received for the improvement of WWII atrats in
Cimarron East Addition int:bxft: 20' Avenue, 186 Avenue from 19' Avenue to 19"
Avenue. Juncau Lane south of 19' Avenue. Juneau Lane north of 19" Avenue,
Lanmwood Lane north of 19h Avenue. Kinpview Lane north of 190 Avenue, Ithaca
Lane south of 19" Avenue, Ithaca Lane north of 19th Avenue, Glacier Lane south of
19' Avenue, Harbor Lane north of 19'' Avenue. and 19P Avenue Brom 21' Avenue to
Fernbrook Lane, by installation of bituminous pavementt, concrete curb and guttere
storm sewer and all necessary appurtenracea, and;
the lowest bid price for such improvement is $483.390.27 and the
egmnses incurred or to be incurred in the mating of said improvement anoount to
$97,718.05 so the total enst of the improvement will be $580308.32 and of this cost
the City will pay $339.090.63 as its share of the cost;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. M 4NESOTA:
1. The cost of such imrpmverant to be specialty assessed is hereby declared to
be $241.217.69.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed horn such improvement
against every tocmtn)le lot, piece of parcel of land within the district
affected. without regard to cash valuation. as provided by the law. and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessrnem notify the
Council thereof.
