RECEIMG REPORT AND ORDFRERG PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
HOLLY CREEK SIM ADDITION
WUREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 18, 1997 a report has
been pcq aced by the City Engineer with Wereaoe to the improvement of Holly Creek
r Addition by the installation of ornamental reaidea W street lights and this report was
received by the Council an June 18. 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CffY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat aan ed as the location of
the improvemema.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted June 18, 1997. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public haring.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for fuse
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on June 18, 1997.
