baa prepared by the City Eogincer with reftem to the improvement of Holly Creek
4# Addition by the iattallation of ormmaatal residential street lights and this report was
received by the Ccrutcil on June 18, 1997.

1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition :M • signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat m6ned as tL - vocation of
the improvemems.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resoh>tion adopted June 18, 1997. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engiceer for these
improvements. He shall eoordimme the work which will be done by
Northern States Power CongW.
