DECLARING ADEQUACY OF P,:' MON AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF RF20RT
STREET LIGHTING
HOLLY CREEK 4'n ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting installation of
ornamental ruLiential street lighting in the Holly Creek 0 Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE MY OF FLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requestin8 the improvement of Holly Creek 0 Addition by the
installation of mWential ornaments! stmt lighting, filed with the City Council on
June 18, 1997 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners
of property affected them by. This declaration is made in eonfomanee to Minnesota
Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the afftxted property owners and They have
waived their rights to public improvement ani special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is bereby referred to the City': gineer and he is instructed to report to
the City Cotmoll with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is fusible and as to wbeft it should
best be made as proposed or in cokjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated Lost of the improvement as recommended.
