RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 361
ORDERING PUBLIC REARING ON THE VACATION OF
ALL DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
OUTLOT D, WILLOW GROVE OFFICE PARK FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 am the City Charter Section 12.06, Marls W.
Nelson of Holiday Companies, has petitioned the City Couacil for the vacation of the
Sollowing drainage and utility ems:
All drainage and utility easements within Outlot D, Willow Grove Office Putt
First Addition, as shown on the recorded plat, Hennepin Courcy, MTV.
AND WHERL%S, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Thst it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
July 23, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said luarinp as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on June 18, 1997.
