AUTHORIZING COOPERATIVE AGREEMEM' FOR AQUATICS PROGRAMMG
WHEREAS. the Wayzata School District has proposed that the City of Plymouth and Wayzata
Comm u ty Education work cooperatively to offer a year found aquatics program: and
WHEREAS, the City believes that all parties involved, mcl ding the residents of the City as
well as the School District, will benefit from this joint PrWmning;
NOW. THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
cooperative agreement between the City of Plymouth and Wayzata Community Education to
offer a year round swimming program is hereby approved.
