CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 9756
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR DECK CONSTRUCTION
AT 17440-34TM AVENUE NORTH(97082)
WHEREAS, Rollin and Nancy Hunssicker have requested approval to execute an
encroachment agreement; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 9, Block 1, Seven Ponds V
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City fords the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
aathorizcd to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth, an encroachment agreement that
Will allow the construction of an 11 -foot by 24 -foot deck for property located at 17440-
30 Avenue North.
Adopted by City Council on June 18, 1997.
