APPROVING CHANGE ORDER N7. i FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
SERVICES
WHLIREAS, the ice carer project includes a contract for construction management services
with Diversified Construction, and
WHEREAS, Diversified Comtrucdon has imurrod Costs for staff and materials beyond what
was originft anticipated in the scope of contract. and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed change order no. l and found it to be accurate and
reasonable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
change order no. 1 in the amount of $126,340 for coni mction management services i3 bereby
approved. '
