RECEIMG pREL MINARY ENGINEERING REPORT MID
CALLING FOR DARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
TOWN CENTER/MANN THEATER
STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 7011
WHEREAS. the City has agreed to provide water quality treatment for the Mann Theater
development northeast of the intersection of Trunk Highway 55 and Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, there is an opportunity to provide a regional water quality treatment basin for
nm.off from a significant portion of the City Center including this site; and
WHEREAS, a preliminary engineering report has been prepared with respect to
construction of a regional water quality basin west of the intersection of Trunk Highway
55 and Plymouth Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvements include grading and storm sewer work necessary
to construct a regional water quality basin; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on June 4, 1997
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1, The Cottttall will consider the improvement in accordance with the report and the
assessment of property within the drainage area on such improvement for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, has amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $105,820.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9m day of July
1997 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed mud published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on June 4, 1997.
