AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTEFICATE OF EXEMMON FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
NORTH COUNTRY ESTATES (97023)
SW SW Sec. 25, TI18N, R22W
WEMREAS, Dean Swanson propose to fill an incidental on-site wetland, and
WHEREAS, the tilling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities in a wetland created solely as a result of actions by
public or private entities that were taken for a purpose other than creating the wetland
(InciderliPl Wetlands, 8420.0122 Subp. 5).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Dean Swanson.
