APPROVAL OF ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL FLOOR SWEBPERISCRVBDBR
WH>WMO the Cky Cotmcil has approved in the 1997 budget the purchase of one row
purred model Floor Swaper/Sc ubber and
WHFRL4S, the City has authority to purchase off the OSA Contract and American Lincoln
has baa awarded a OSA coatract
WHEREAS, the City can purchase a new American Lincoln Sweeper/Scrubber from Clarke
Industries (or the delivered price of S 30,089.01.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE R HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that C!arte Industries Sweeper/Scrubber meets the
city's needs and accepts their bid of 530,089.01 and that sales tax will be paid to the State of
Minnesota in the amount of S 1.955.79.
