REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND

WHEREAS. in accordance whb the development contract dated April 12, 1993, IANCO, Inc., developer
of Swan Labe Somb Addition (92112)o has agreed to install certain improvement far said development;

That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $2,182 to 5896 to
reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. S402109 may be reduced accordingly.
