WHEREAS. the City of PWMb received a petition at the Plymouth Forum on Novanbar 7,

with AmerWata, the owner of the AmeM M bAMin8 and the affected residents to find an
appropriate and workable resolution to the anise problem: and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognise the need to resolve the noise problem. and find+ it is
inthe best interest of the City to enter into agreemeota that would would provide financW assistance
to construct a noise wan, which will eliminate a public nuisance:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU CIL e the OF
