RESOLUTION NO.97-315
APPROVING ON+SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
ANGUS MUSIC LTD.. 605 NORTH HIGHWAY 169, SUITE 130
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Angus Music, Ltd., for Ivories, 605 North Highway 169, Suite 150; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety deparnnent has conducted an investigation and recommends
approval of the li tense; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
applicaticm;
NOW THEFkEFORE, HE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license is hereby approved for Angus Music, Ltd.. 605
North Highway 169, Shite 150, effective May 29. 1997, through January 31, 1998.
Approved by the City Council on May 28. 1997.
