RESOLUTION NO. 97- 313
APPROVAL OF IMPERIAL HILLS do CIRCLE PARK PLAY EQ13PMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the pumhase of equipment
for Imperial Hills and Circle Park for the City of Plymouth
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on May 13*, 1997
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Miracle Recreation (Imperial Hills Park) SSOy1932
Minnesota Playground (Circle Park) 548,99839
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bids from Miracle Recreation, and Minnesota
Playground Inc. are declared the lowest responsible bidders for Now Play Equipment for
Imperial Hills and Circle Parks, and accepts their bids in the amount of $50,349.32 from Imperial
Hills Park and $48,998.39 for Circle Park.
FURTHER that funding is from Project 7009 Fund 406.
