CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 309
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO.3 AND FINAL
TH 55/COUNTY ROAD 24 SIGNAL SYSTEM
CITY PROJECT NO. 3010
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Design Electric, Inc, as contractor,
have metered into an agreemm for TH 55/County Road 24 Signal System, City Project
No. 3010, said agream ent being dated March 39 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $89,777.26. and the value of the
work to date is $91,197.37 and is herewith approved. This project
overran the contract amount by $1,420.11 or 1.6%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for TH 35/County Road 24
Signal System and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable,
being the sane, is hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal tights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after &W
paymeni.
3. request for Payment No. 3 and Final in the amount of $5,908.9 i to
Design Electric, Inc. for TH 55/County Road 24 Signal System is hereby
approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
Adopted by the City Council on May 28, 1997.
