RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 304
AWARD CONTRACT
1997 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 7001
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of streets in the 1997
Street Reconstruction Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and
the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Northwest Asphalt, Inc. of Shakopee, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into the contract with Northwest Asphalt, Inc. Of Shakopee,
MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the 1997 Street Reconstruction Project according
to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office
of the City Engineer in the amount of $246,780.30.
Adopted by the City Council on May 28, 1997.
