AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
CHESAPEAKE COMPANIES NLP GROUP, LLC,
VIDEO UPDATE DEVELOPMENT
Lot 2, Block 5, Plymouth, NW NW Sec. 21 , T1 18149 R22W
WHEREAS, C1esapeake Companies NLP Group, LLC propose to fill an incidental on-site
wed" and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities in a wetland created solely as a result of actions by public
or private entities that were taken for a purpose other than creating the wetland (Incidental
Wetlands, 8420.0122 Subp. S).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for CHESAPEAKE COMPANIES NLP GROUP, LLC,.
