CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - son
APPROVING 1997 RECYCLING GRANT AGREEMENT
WF[EREAS, Hennepin County hes adopted the hnding assistance policy for source
separated necyclables to distribute fimds to the Cities for development and implementation
of waste reduction and recycling programs; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has set as a requirement that the City enter into the 1997
Municipal Recycling grant Agreement with Hennepin County to receive these funds; tad
WHEREAS, the City desires to receive these County thads.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City enter into the 1997 Municipal
Recycling Grant Agreement with Hennepin County and authorize the Mayor and City
Manager execute the agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on May 28, 1997.
