RESOLUTION NO. 97-300
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
MUNLA ADDITION
V ifffitBAS. pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 28. 1997 a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Munla
Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was
received by the Council on May 28. 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted May 28, 1997. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public bearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for them
improvement. He sball coordinate the work which will be dote by
Northern States Power Com may.
Adopted by the City Council on May 28. 1997.
